“My items are still held up- the tracking number shows they haven’t been delivered. Your customer service department tells me it’s not their problem and to file a claim with USPS. I paid seven dollars to ship the item. I do believe it’s Jatie Beauty’s responsibility to help solve the problem. Your customer service has been curt and has taken no efforts to answer my questions. I have no idea if my item is lost. I will be contacting my credit card company next if this item is not found snd delivered. Order number 42052”

“Bought item, gave me tracking number and once it never arrived I emailed co to find out I was supposed to get my $ back because they ran out of item I ordered. Co never notified me of this and I yet to verify if I did in fact receive my $ back. Poor customer service and terrible operating system. Never will I buy from again.”
