“I paid extra for 2 day delivery and I did not get my order on time for when I need it. I would not have paid the extra money if I knew it would not be here in time. Very disappointing”

“I got my jatie jug. I was super excited then when I opened it the bottle had this huge indention at the top. I was like its fine let me see if I can push it out and the bottle snapped and broke. After waiting a month to receive my item i dont even get to use it once before its busted and ruined.”

“I was excited about receiving my very 1st order from j80 fitness. I ordered the new ombré jug & gray betz biker shorts on 9/10/20. My order finally arrived on 9/21/20. I open my package & only the jug is in there. For the price I paid for both items, I’m very disappointed that I didn’t receive both. Also paid for the route protection, but they couldn’t even get my order right to protect both items. I would like to purchase from them in the future, but I now have a sour taste in my mouth. :(”
