“The water bottle arrive not only cracked but smashed with a large hole in it. Hoping you can send another bottle. I can send pictures of it. It’s still in the plastic I have not even opened it”

“My daughter was beyond excited for the eyeshadow pallet. Today, nearly 5 days later I received a message notifying me that they refunded the cost of the pallet because they are. I longer in stock. Super bummed!”
