“Still waiting on package to be sent to usps according to them label made but no package”

“I never received my order and I usually receive an email when it is delivered. I never received an email and I haven't received my package. It usually takes about a week when I order from J80. It's been over a week and I haven't received my package. I ordered one of the limited edition ombre water bottles. I wanted to make another order soon. But I don't want to order if I'm not going to receive my package. Overall I love the company and the products!”

“I ordered an item and was shipped the wrong thing. They said I have to ship the item back and they won’t send me the correct item until they receive the wrong item back. Not great customer service to make me wait for the item I’ve already paid for even though it’s their mistake they shipped me the wrong item.”

Occasionally A wrong item is shipped, once we see the incorrect item has been sent as no cost to customer the correct item will be sent out, it the item does not have to be received. Sorry for the inconvenience.

“You are dealing with Fedex and I still didn't get my package they said they would be at my address on Thursday and they came on Friday the next day when I wasn't present and I am still chasing them and trying to track my package with no feedback so far that is why I rate you guys ZERO not even 1.”
