“Sizing is very far off! Not what I expected from my previous purchase. Return policy is not accommodating to all customers! Also I received items I didn’t purchase such as an extra tank top, and was told I would have to pay to ship back. Will not be purchasing from this company again!”

“I bought Betz leggings from the online site. The leggings were good, but the customer service was horrible. Initially, I bought the Betz leggings in blue and the leggings that I received were not the size that I ordered. There was a huge delay in responding to my messages and then the Betz leggings in blue in my size (the size I ordered) were sold out after they delayed to get my messages. Therefore, I ordered a different pair and returned the other Betz leggings in blue. I received a customer support message that said that the return label hasn't been delivered to me yet. However, I used the return label already to send the leggings to them. I am still sorting this out after over a month of purchasing the leggings and I'm still waiting for my refund of the leggings that were incorrectly sent to me.”

We are sorry for the delay, but the usps is extremely delayed, we have no control over that we do have warnings on our website because we know this is a issue.

“Nicole helped me and I know I could’ve been nicer so I said sorry but I feel like she was very rude and not good in customer service I work in customer service and I’ve never seen someone work in customer service and do such a bad job at it.. I got my order and had the wrong pants and my option was to either exchange them or get 15% coupon I actually needed the pants for something so I had to wear them so I only could do the 15% coupon but I feel like that is t fair at all I should’ve got something more than that because this wasn’t my fault and she was rude and 15% isn’t that much for how big of an inconvenience this was. I love josh and Katie but if it wasn’t for that I would never shop with j80fit or jatie beauty again. And that’s not just cause of my order being wrong it’s because Nicole’s customer service was so bad!!!!!!”
