“I was super excited that I was able to snag up a Jatie water jug but unfortunately it’s lost in the mail and I doubt I will ever get it. It’s been in lala land since September 16th and hasn’t moved.”

“I was excited about receiving my very 1st order from j80 fitness. I ordered the new ombré jug & gray betz biker shorts on 9/10/20. My order finally arrived on 9/21/20. I open my package & only the jug is in there. For the price I paid for both items, I’m very disappointed that I didn’t receive both. Also paid for the route protection, but they couldn’t even get my order right to protect both items. I would like to purchase from them in the future, but I now have a sour taste in my mouth. :(”
