“Faulty watch - it has been 1 month and still not got it back. Don't believe this 14 day turnaround. Contact no. Not working”

“I ordered a watch from here . Arrived and was faulty . Contacted them via email was told to send it back which I did via tracked royal mail . Recieved 3rd feb now 23rd and heard nothing from them . Contact number not working and no reply from emails!! Would have been better throwing my money in the street!! Do not buy from here rouge traider!!!!!”

“We ordered a watch from here that’s come damaged as the links jeep falling off and they asked us to send it back but since then I have tried contacting them via email as their contact number doesn’t work and they say they are closed Watch hasn’t been returned neither has the money This company is fake”

“VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and misleading website I ordered after 3pm and it said 2 to 5 day so I thought I would pay the extra £5.99 for next delivery ...this is NOT the case after speaking with customer services I asked for a refund of delivery charge ...not available unless I could contact by 2.55pm when your at work it is not always to reply on a short time scale..for the sake of a 5.99 and upholding their supposedly good service they have let themselves down ..I will go back to The WATCH CABIN”

“I had order a watch they decline it saying that address does not match bank when did check with bank.... Had a similar experience with shopontime and trust me they were so hand on with their job I received an email and sent them a photo I'd with address and my order was process but JB watches they were so bad had to call them three times and they were not helpful.”
