"Positive points, the perfume is good, cheap and delivery was\r\n\r\nHowever, one of the two packages was delivered in a sealed Royal Mail damaged bag. \r\nI took photos of the damaged package including the bag I received it in and gave a clear explanation of what I received, including informing them of the saturated box, strong perfume smell and the sound of broken glass from the sealed perfume box. They responded by asking me to open the perfume box and send further photos of the broken perfume bottle. When I declined to do this as I did not want to potentially harm myself. The response received was incredulous. \r\nI was accused of being rude and in not so many words, of lying about the broken article and then they stated they did not need customers like me, even though I had just spent \u00a350 on their perfumes. I will not be buying from JCS Shop again."
