Canceled my order one minute after it was placed. Waited 46 mins to speak to someone when I called customer service; not helpful at all. The payment was still processed but was not given an explanation about why the order was canceled. Do not order here.

Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over.

They use the delivery service provided by evri and they keep messing my orders up so I now refuse to order online at JD Sports until they use a different delivery service

If I could give no stars I would. The shoes are nice though insanely expensive but that’s the market, I get it. The customer service and business practices are comical to say the least. They’ll never get another dollar from me.

Took 3 payments of £73 out of my bank instead of 1. Said it was a system error... they have literally cleared out my bank and I have no money left til payday. Said lots of people experiencing the same problem! They refuse to compensate to pay overdraft fees. Awful customer service. Wouldn't even accept a complaint!

Placed order next day collection from store made payment got message item not able for next day so had to wait 4 days before I could collect. Got home to find missing item called customer service they say they will send replacement but even that didn’t arrive after 2 weeks.
