Ordered & sent out swiftly. Courier said delivered but it was not & delivered the next day. JDS sorted it out very quickly.

The product I purchased was at a good price the only disappointment was I had to chase up the delivery which was a week overdue however when JDS responded I then received a prompt

They excelled themselves with the price however it said 2 to 3 days delivery which turned out to be ten days a little disappointing however would probably use them again and just ignore the delivery time stated

The notebook that I bought which was a spinning bucket with the mop. The book is very clunky and doesn’t spend that well the mop is not as dry as previous ones I’ve owned.

Item I purchased was not as described. I am left to return my purchase before I get refunded. My schedule for treating the paddock is now greatly delayed because of the wrong material sent. I am greatly disappointed, firstly with the wrong material and secondly at my treatment from JDS DIY. Archie McKee.
