“Item despatched and received in good time, hence the three stars. Tracking system very poor. Basic tracking showed only the despatch any further update cost £1 !!!!!! And the long reference had to be entered manually. This is not how to do it.”

“The product I purchased was at a good price the only disappointment was I had to chase up the delivery which was a week overdue however when JDS responded I then received a prompt”
