“Really pleased with ladies crocks not so happy with kids crocks I've had to return as description not clear at the outset about back strap on certain sizes only. Never paid for returns before for online shoes”

“Use private delivery companies instead of Royal Mail. It took five days for them to deliver my parcel, and I live only 20 miles from the sales point. I should have driven down there. Deliveries from Scotland and England to west wales are invariably done within 24 hours by private delivery companies. Service from Jelly Egg is always first class.”

“Ordered some Crock decorative inserts. Very easy site to use website and items where delivered within a couple of days. Quality is good for such low cost items. Only comment regarding illustrations: (Nothing major) But it was difficult to judge the 'relative sizes' of one item compared to another as they all appear different sizes when grouped together, but actualy not in proportion to each other when received.”
