I haven't received my parcel after 4 working days as you told me. I'm still waiting for my pair of plastic Birkenstock colour black number 5 UK/38 EU. Is there the possibility to receive it? Thank you

Product and delivery service 5 star Marketing shocking I personally can only wear 1 pair at a time it does not need a daily sometimes twice reminder you sell crocs I know as I have bought several pairs and willl use you again if you stop bombing me with a constant stream of e-mails NOT NEEDED GO AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE I WILL RETURN OR I WILL STOP USING YOU ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!!!!! Left thong of BIRKENSTOCK Guzeh EVA sandal snapped. I have a pair that I have worn all over the place for the last 3 years that are still perfect. I have sent an email with pictures

I ordered a product to then be told it wasn’t in stock so was offered an alternative product or a refund. After opting to take the refund I have now had the money leave my account and no reply to my email asking for the refund.

Order some shoes,money taken. I then recieved an email straight away to stay out of stock. Why take my money?.I then had to wait for refund.

I Ordered a pair of kids size 6 Dr Martins school shoes on line including next day delivery to save me having to drive to the city the following day and so made other plans knowing they'd arrive ready for start school in 2 days time. The following day instead of receiving the shoes as expected I instead had a phone call from Jelly Egg informing they that their stocks were indeed wrong and they did not have the shoes in the size I ordered. The result meant I had to rush out and find & buy a pair on a day I had planned doing something else and also now a week later the amount I paid is still pending on my bank account despite assurances from Jelly Egg that the order is cancelled. My 1st and last dealings with this company as stock management is key to any on line provider.

It was indeed our stock error which we apologize for, the payment was never taken by us, that's why it shows as pending with your card company, this should delete itself periodically, many thanks

i ordered a size 2 and received a size 33, which was to small I then ordered a size 3 and received a size 36 which is far to large. I then investigated sizes and realized your company was at fault. I called but the person i spoke with tried to fob me off. The mistake is clearly yours. The size chart is very clear as below Size 1 33 Size 2 34 Size 3 35.5 Size 3.5 36 As a result of your error i paid extra postage and ended up with shoes that didnt fit I would not use or recommend your company

Sorry if there was confusion over sizes, we do try and be as accurate as we can, but we will investigate size guide for this brand and make improvements from your feedback. It looks like you kept the 36 from what we can see so hopefully you have enjoyed the new shoes, apologies again for the size hassle.
