staff were rude and unfriendly. they made a mistake by telling me on the phone that my size was in stock for the shoe style i wanted . i travelled from swansea to narberth to be told it was not available. no apology was given

The box is wrapped in packaging not suitable for posting so when the item arrives it arrives in a damaged box, which is not great when I want to give these as as present. This has always happened with Jelly Egg purchases that are boxed. Also these flip flops are very grubby - I am sure that I can clean them up but it is disappointing to open the package and find them this way.

I ordered a pair of navy crocs and I was sent a pair of crocs that although are navy but they're not the same colour as on the picture on the website . When checking on other websites it shows that the navy shown on your website is a new version , and the ones I was sent were an old version.

I am not sure I brought the right size because my toes are so painful at the moment I can’t wear my Crocs but I am a size 7 shoes so I got a size 7 Crocs

Very disappointed, when trying to check out to pay for a pair of Oak and Hyde boots the website went funny and wouldn't allow me to pay. When it did let me pay, it was for a completely different pair. I emailed and was told that they would swap them, as they were a Christmas present. Jelly egg agreed, but then conveniently sold out of the boots I wanted in my size!! Now without the boots I originally wanted and waiting fir a full refund.

I purchased a pair of Soft Science shoes, payment went through as expected with an email stating the receipt of such payment. Two days later I received an email stating an error had occurred and therefore I would not be receiving the shoes after all. Surely in this day of technology, this company, Jellyegg, can have a computer program in place somewhere in their system of online eCommerce, that can actually count how many items of any particular shoe they have in stock? This just makes you shake your head in wonder!!

Six working days after order confirmation, I still don't have the deliver of shoes. Mostly, internet purchasing and delivery is very streamlined in the last two years with courier notifications. I haven't a clue when these shoes will arrive and I have to be home to accept delivery. Please tell your customers when you are to deliver.

Ordered boots on line, Jelly Egg accepted my order but the next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled and my account credited. It took a couple of days to credit my account. I was disapointed that I did not (a) get my boots and (b) it took a couple of days for the refund.

There was a mistake with my paypal address, the road name was left out , but you had the house no and postcode .( I work as a taxi driver and could find the address with the information supplied ) However the courier must not be up to date with the modern technology available on even a basic mobile phone, ie maps . Anyways i have not received my item, Your staff should have picked up on the address not being completely there before they sent it out and contacted me for the road name . I will no longer need the item as i brought this item for my hoilday on the 13th august. So when the courier returns it to you , i would like you to refund my paypal account. Regards, mr longmore.

I ordered two pairs of shoes at lunchtime on Friday, one pair from Jelly Egg and one pair from Rubyshoesday. Both where in stock. Both were Art Company shoes. Both were free postage. The Rubyshoesday pair arrived at 10 am Saturday morning. Jelly Egg didn't even dispatch the shoes I'd ordered from them until Monday evening. They didn't arrive until Wednesday. Very disappointing. To be fair to Jelly Egg they stated postage was 2-4 days, and it was within this time frame, but so did Rubyshoesday and they got them to me within 24 hours. I'll stick with Rubyshoesday day from now on.

I ordered four pairs of shoes as I was not sure of the sizes that were quoted. None unfortunately fitted, so I had the cost of sending them back, £6.00. I think the shoes are lovely, but not right for me, free returns would be good as the sizing is a bit random.

Orderd size 1-2 the invoice said 1-2 however the shoe was 2-3

I explained to the customer service w.r.t. The sizing of the croc we had before,I.e. C13. But when it arrived the sizing was tight for size 1. So now we have to pay for the return. Not impressed.

I ordered navy crocband with red stripe and received plain navy original crocs unfortunately these were for a birthday present so didn't have time to return them and was also charged for the crocband !!!!!!!

We messed up, we sent wrong shoe, apologies that was our fault, but at the time you contacted us we did refund the price difference plus a further 15% to compensate the error straight away and also offered to swap them completely if birthday gift was not liked.
