I ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a week ago and still haven't got my order delivered although while ordering there was mentioned that shoes are delivered working 2 working days. I am dissapointed with the service.

unhappy with being charged for returning a in my opinion a poor quality product when the official seller site does returns for free

shoes took 15 days to arrive, i had a parcel from New Zealand get here in only 5 days! flip flops by crocs long awaited,then broke on week 2 such a shame as web design is brill and staff helpful.

The product I purchased was not as described. In have to return it & pay the postage. Very unhappy about this as not my fault!

Sorry that you have been disappointed, the item has been checked on our website and images and description seem to be accurate, but we are very sorry that you did not feel that was the case, we much prefer a happy customer, maybe you can let us know more details and we can investigate further, thank you

My own fault for not reading your returns policy but when buying shoes for children you quite often need to try several sizes/styles, so the returns costs I've just paid are ridiculous. I appreciate you might not offer free returns but why can't you offer an option such as a fixed fee using Collect +. I will no longer use Jelly Egg but use Crocs direct or other such websites.

I ordered some shoes for delivery at an alternative address as I work full time. I had to chase my order as I had dispatch info but no delivery after almost a week to be informed it is 2nd class delivery and in transit. Four days later I received an e-mail issuing a refund????? After further contact I was told that Royal Mail had sent my order back and "Jelly Egg" thought it was a return. I have always filled in a returns form when purchasing online plus the parcel must have been in the condition it was sent out so what was the problem? I will now buy these shoes from another retailer

I ordered black croc wellie,,,paid ,,,order corfirmed, next day. Got an email to say black was out of stock, And would i be happy with green, And got offered 10% discount, , Ok i thought,, Send me the green,, same size, I wear a size 47 Euro. ,,, correctly measured,, I ordered and recieved size 48/49', Too small.. End of,,, thanks. But no thanks,, Dont bother with. Crocs. , they are poorly made,,,, ......and i did not want to have follow up emails, thats why i clicked on. Unsuscribe,,,,

Ordered a size 12 crocs for my Son, I received a size 2, rang up and was told it must of been my fault. Sent a revised order and rang up got sent the correct size but the wrong colour. I won't be using Jellyegg again.

Don't trust stock system, order accepted when they had no stock. Refund given but no incentive to bother to try shop here again.

I ordered crocs as a Xmas present and paid for express delivery, it has been 2 working days since despatch and still hasn't arrived. Very poor service, will not use them again.
