Sorry to hear you have been disappointed, crocs don't come in boxes, so bags tend to be the best way to send, returns info is on the reverse of your delivery sheet, if you need any help just get in touch at hello@jellyegg.com and we will be happy to assist, thank you

First order was good however when I tried to use the discount code on the second order it wouldn't work. Tried customer service no reply. Hence no order sorry

Although you advertised the Crocs as a special offer - one week after ordering I am still awaiting delivery!

Really sorry, the items was posted on time and has since been returned to us by Royal Mail as 'no collected from post office' so I am thinking that maybe Royal Mail did not leave you a card, so apologies again on their behalf, usually the posties are excellent and sorry this was not the case for us both with this order.

My wife placed an order and was really looking forward to the Croc Sandals arriving but this never happened. No card through the door, so I contacted Jelly Egg and was advised that it should have been delivered and I need to check around the property or with a neighbor, in my experience if it was getting delivered by Royal Mail they always leave a card. I then contacted Jelly Egg again and was advised that it was the Royal Mail who were at fault, they had no stock left to send another pair, so it was either the money back to select a different product. I would of thought that Jelly Egg would of,at the very least, contacted Royal Mail to find out where the package was and if there was anyway it could be located and delivered. This is the first time my wife has used Jelly Egg I am not sure she will be rushing to order anything else. Kind regards Mark Williams.

Really annoying for you and for us, the free delivery is not track able unfortunately, many apologies that this happened, its very rare thankfully but we are sorry that your experience was not a good one, hopefully you will try us again in the future

We have one order from you, the shoes were indeed lost by Royal Mail which is very annoying for all concerned, a new pair was sent which was received, so all should now be well, thank you

Can Not Believe item was even sent to dispatch, Very Poor , is a very mild description of your company. After purchase 2 weeks ago I received an automated email claiming item had been sent to dispatch for delivery. If it had it should of arrived around the 17th 7 days later still no delivery, if you don't have the item you should refund the money or at least say so

Hi, The item was dispatched on time but unfortunately royal mail lost the parcel, this thankfully is rare but does happen, a second pair of shoe was sent once you had contacted us and this pair arrived safely and as far as we know you are happy and have them on right now maybe :-) We will pass on your comments to Royal Mail though, as they let us both down first time around. Considering the price you pay for the brand rubbaru, you expect a higher quality then it is, especially for a baby, very disappinted.

Really sorry to hear you are disappointed, Rubbabu is one of our best selling brands and we have never had any negative comments before, and that's not just sales talk, we really haven't, people tend to love them! Strongly recommend not to use this company, very poor service. I ordered my goods and took them up on their free "cheaper" delivery option 3-10 days. I am still waiting for goods to arrive. Very miss leading as JellyEgg refer to working days so in reality the lead time is 3-15 days. Staff not helpful at all, they were unable to track my parcel to offer any assistant, they preferred to offer me a complete refund as a solution, obviously have a flourishing business and do not require new customers. Very frustrating as I am in need of the goods so refund doesn't really help.

Really sorry that you have been disappointed with the service, the delivery is an estimate, the free saver delivery can take 10 days as advertised, and I think we were on day 8 with yours, (there are quicker deliveries starting from £1.50) the full refund was offered as you were going away tomorrow and we could not see another option, even though technically we have not done anything wrong, as delivery has not gone over the time frame quoted at time of order, we certainly don't take your business for granted and we are genuinely sorry that we failed to meet your expectations and lost your custom this time.

The website is poorly set up. Setting up an account is quick but it didnt ask you to set a password at the same time. had to then ask it to send me a reminder...poor. Also on the order summary it doesnt give you an estimated date for delivery : - (
