“After initial problem with my order, it was immediately fixed by a quick phone call. The order arrived in super quick time and is perfect. Jelly Egg have given me a most professional service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future.”

“I ordered shoes on the internet but they didn't fit when i received them. emailed and returned them to the shop no problem. Staff extremely helpful. Look forward to my next visit and would recommend anyone shopping at Jelly Egg. :)”

“I am very pleased with my Crocs, they are so comfortable! They are also made in Italy which I am very happy about as reviews I've read say that the Italian made Crocs are softer and more true to size, so I am very relieved. The order also arrived very promptly.”

“Thank you Jelly Egg for an excellent service. I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and unfortunately chose the wrong size for one of them After a phone call to Customer Services a young lady was extremely helpful and checked to see if the correct size was in stock and when it wasn't she also checked to see if there had been any returned as I really did want the item. She also advised that I make a note on my returns slip to ask that they check again if any returns had been received. I was reassured that this was no problem and if they could not help I would return get a full refund. I have since had an email saying sorry there have been no returns of the correct size and another to say my full refund was on its way. That is service taken to "an extra mile". Many thanks”
