“The flip flops I ordered were delivered within two days. The web site was very user friendly. Although the purchased item had to be returned (great flip flops but too large) the process was very simple and straight forward. I will certainly use Jelly Egg again in the future.”

“I would just like to comment on your service as I shopped at the Crocs UK website before you and they were hopeless! The crocs I ordered were the wrong size I ordered and I'm still waiting for a refund! Fuming! But regards to you, you have always been brilliant and I'm not just saying that, I have ordered from you several times before a few years ago and you have always been stop on, so guess where I'll be coming you again!! “Ordered Crocs flip flops but as usual, I found their sizing information confusing and inconsistent. Thanks to Sarah who very willingly took a short time out to physically measure a particular size in stock to exactly match it to my old pair, the product was perfect and very quickly dispatched. Sticking to the sizes marked on my old pair and to Crocs latest sizing charts, I would have ordered the wrong pair had it not been for Sarah's help. 6 star service !”
