“good range of products and very quick delivery. Would be 5stars BUT no free returns and as my return was a pair of Muck Boots Welly Boots they weighed in at a hefty 2-5kg price range and medium parcel size for Royal mail who wanted to charge £13.75 - cheapest price!!!!!!! This was for a medium parcel 2nd class no frills. Used Collect Plus in the end (cheapest I could find at £6.95). I bought a replacement pair of Muck Boots wellies from Jelly Egg for the ones I returned but still had to pay return postage. I don't think this is acceptable at all.”

“I have been looking for children's merino balaclavas everywhere and could not find anything in the UK other than black (rather boring for children) on Amazon. I was delighted to find Buff balaclavas being sold here and in lots of fun colours too.. Service was prompt and efficient.”
