“Bought a graduation custom bracelet and asked them to reship it to an updated address. Customer service is super slow and unresponsive. Its been with the for over a week and they yet have to ship it. Im surprised how slow and unresponsive they are. Very annoying”
“Long time customer of Jewlr and as of recently the product quality has dramatically gone out the window. Please be aware that the reviews on their website are cherry picked based on what they want to show the potential customers. Most negative reviews are removed from the website to give the appearance they are a great company. I tried to leave a negative review on a product i bought 3 times and each time the review was removed within 1 hour of posting.

“I have purchased a engagement ring for my fiance. I've read so many bad reviews about jewlr that it scares me. I have given 1 star because of the reviews but I will change me decision once it arrives and I will let you know about the quality and appearance. Let's hope it's like attached photos

“This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there??? I paid extra for engraving but can’t even see it it’s small but also barly engraved into the metal.
I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I’ll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I’ll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site”
“* Ordered a letter "N" necklace for a friends 40th birthday in July 2022 and was sent a child's necklace.
* When I inquired with Jewlr they denied it (this necklace would not of fitted any adult neck) and they advised the way to fix the issue was to pay more money for an extension + postage to send the necklace back.
* Begrudgingly paid for an extension and was sent back a necklace with the extension but the letter "A".
* They tried to get me to pay to send their necklace back (even though it was their mistake they sent a necklace with the wrong letter back) and after numerous unanswered emails (weeks and months going by) they finally sent a new necklace with extension to me with the correct letter (noting this is now August 2023 and my friends 41st birthday had now gone by)!
* There is little to no customer service, the quality of the jewellery is average and very thin and I would not recommend anyone buy from them.”
“The product I ordered did not arrive. I had to contact FedEx because Jewlr said it would be on its way after a few business days and it did not occur. FedEx said the package was delayed because it was empty. I contacted Jewlr again and received no apology, an excuse, no offer to refund even the shipping, and a promise of a 10 business day investigation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and demanded the product AND a full refund, and following a negative BBB review, they gave me a full refund and canceled my entire order, refusing to deliver as expected. An absolute joke of a company and not how you conduct business.”
“FALSE DELIVERY INFORMATION EVEN THO I PAID £9 FOR "EXPRESS" DELIVERY. NO PHONE CONTACT OR EMAIL WHAT SO EVER TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGES.
