“I had the treatment that was not guaranteed (I get that) When I called up to discuss the disclaimer in the email as it wasn’t clear and did say that if in the first 30 days there was an issue they would come back out … I was met with rude team members explaining the reasons it didn’t work was because of a list of things I was not advised at the time that would help prevent the bugs or help the extermination! Anyway they did nothing at all! Just make sure you hehe why they advise in writing I would say”

“They came when they said they would. I asked for 2 visits because the wasps were still active after the first. Since then there have been a handful of wasps still active. The first person to visit announced his arrival, but just left when he'd finished without speaking to me. Overall the service was adequate although not 100% effective.”

“The pest remover who was sent initially was too scared to climb a ladder. Since you had been told the wasp next was at the edge of the roof of a two storey house this was very odd. The following day you sent someone who could climb and he did a very good job, but the delay deferred the repair to the roof.”

“Excellent customer service team. Quick response time. We had a very nasty wasp nest, which was very much alive!! I'm very pleased & relieved to say has gone, with no signs of anything 8 months later. Excellent work done by efficient and friendly wasp exterminators. Highly recommend.”

“I needed a dead squirrel removed from my log burner. I was able to get someone to come out in only a few hours and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and provided something to help remove the terrible smell. I hope to never have another issue again but if I did I would use them again without hesitation and would also recommend to others.”
