“We only booked one session and that eradicated the problem of rodent entry which was found in the neighbours porch! Thanks to the thorougher inspections the entry point was found and no more rats!”

“Overall it seems the heat treatment for bed bug eradication was effective. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. He came on time and was respectful of my property. The team I spoke to on the phone were also very friendly. However a few days later we had some more bites so after I waited a few days to see if the chemical spray would do the job and still seemed to be getting some bites I called in to ask if I should just wait the full month post chemical spray first. The lady on the phone was much less friendly and wasn't very sympathetic. She said she would send in some bed bug traps but I had to call in again to chase this up a few days later. When this finally arrived there weren't clear instructions as to how to set these up to catch any potential bugs most effectively. They look simple but I think it would be better to provide some simple instructions to make sure I'm doing it correctly because I want to catch the bugs if they're really there. Anyhow I'm still waiting to see if we catch anything and hoping we don't because the chemical spray should sort out the rogue bugs that didn't die.”

“Quick turnaround from my initial query, to getting a quote to having someone come out (all within 24 hours). I had a birds nest which needed removing, and the area disinfected. The cost for the service was definitely value for money and competitive. The technician who came out got the job done within a good time and was thorough. I would recommend JG Pest Control to family & friends needing this service.”

“OK this won't be just about the happiness bit in the question. The cost was greater than I expected but we were pushed for time. The instructions about how long we should leave the house were inconsistent, but we managed and the guy doing the work seemed thorough. The guy in the office didn't pass on our directions so the surveyor got lost. Plus they are way OTT in terms of the amount of e mails sent, probably more energy expended on this than the treatment, I'd say.”

“Booked for a job to clean pigeon faeces. Operatives turned up with no PPE, no RAMS and no understanding of what they were there to do. Had to get them back to do it again as it was not clean enough. Same thing - different operatives. no PPE, no RAMS and no idea why they were there!”

“JG Pest Control- Job Booking Confirmation. Ref: AH373057 In relation to my previous review where I was upset about the overpricing (i.e. £300 incl VAT) for squirrel pest control services offered by this company which was double the rate compared to similar pest control service providers, the customer service has now got in touch with me to issue a refund of £150. I appreciate this gesture of owning up and await the refund.”
