Charged me £150 and the technian provided no help. He was in and out within 10 mins. They now want me to pay another 150 for a second visit, I wish I had read the hundreds of bad reviews across Yelp, Trustpilot etc. PLEASE AVOID!

JG gave me a rate for the first visit payable in advance and once on site asked me for additional funds even though they couldn’t guarantee success, once their guy told them the intruder was a squirrel. However that was not the case as there are differences between rat and squirrel droppings both in size and way of discharge as I learned once I searched the internet. As it happens the rat was successfully caught due to the snow fall in early December which forced it to take the peanut butter on the trap. Not impressed although they bombarded me with numerous emails about their services.

I had the treatment that was not guaranteed (I get that) When I called up to discuss the disclaimer in the email as it wasn’t clear and did say that if in the first 30 days there was an issue they would come back out … I was met with rude team members explaining the reasons it didn’t work was because of a list of things I was not advised at the time that would help prevent the bugs or help the extermination! Anyway they did nothing at all! Just make sure you hehe why they advise in writing I would say

Poorly done job and took a very long time to rectify causing a lot of anguish. Could not recommend this company. Please feel free to contact the company to verify our issues with them.

PING!!! AND THERE GOES MY £700 DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOW FRAME. It’s in this wonderful companies terms and conditions you see so it’s not their responsibility. Interesting that on my pre visit assessment I was told about inconsequential things that could be damaged like wallpaper but the high end tariff items like my £6k double glazed windows didn’t get a mention. I suppose the company were concerned that I’d do what I would have done had I known,that is not given them £1020 for the work. Still I. should have itemised the terms and conditions just like everyone else does,so their damage is down to me. The problem,my house is infested with bed bugs. The day prior to the work I ask a company pest control person to come to my property to make certain the insects in question were bed bugs. There seem to have been a communication problem because when the gentleman arrived and I asked him to identify the insects,he looked surprised and said. “I don’t work for Pest Control”). He bravely have a stab at a few insects names and eventually landed on bud bug. So to the extermination day. Leaving aside the £700 damage,what does the £1020 much vaunted Premier Service get you. Well it got me one young man of tender years at 9:30 in the morning. When I vacated the premises at 10:30 the heat treatment had not as yet started. When I returned at 5:15 pm.the lad had gone. Disappointingly he’s had failed to leave a message regarding the broken window frame. Have the the bed bugs like the young gentleman departed from my home.Sadly they are still trusting their proboscis into my veins at night and sucking out my blood. So not too happy I fired off an email to JG PEST CONTROL,and then another when they didn’t reply,and blow me if they didn’t ignore that one too. It was only after my tale of woe entered the public media that they bothered to get in touch. I am an ancient crone and this frankly has been one of the most dispiriting experiences of my life.

Waste of time and money. Feel duped. Paid £419.99 for a fly chemical treatment. Spent several days bagging clothing and bedding in preparation for the visit. Home security footage confirmed the visit lasted no more than 20 minutes and that certain chemical treatments were applied. However I do not consider the results value for money or effective as fly activity was still in evidence after the visit.

Avoid at all costs, nearly £300 for less than one hours work,I paid for 3 visits but have heard nothing after the first visit, they don't bother answering phone calls or emails as well as messages,the chap who came to my property seemed professional enough and had a good manner but I feel as if I've been conned

Avoid this company at all costs. Can’t believe they actually get away with trading! I called them at 11am today to resolve a mouse issue at my property, in the kitchen. A couple of hours later a worker came round with only plastic gloves on, looking for the mouse, then left literally 5 mins later (time recorded on my ring bell) saying can’t find the mouse. I paid £120 after speaking to a guy regarding the issue who assured me someone will come round and eradicate the issue however this was not the case. Even before the payment I stressed how I had a 6 month old baby and I need this matter resolving as soon as however this was not the case. I called back 3 times to get clarification on the matter however ignored. I recommend for you to just book with the local council who charge similar prices and actually do a decent job than these idiots who operate on daylight robbery and no professionalism.

After two visits and a cost of £539.99, our fly issue still remains and there has been no follow up from them.

Avoid avoid avoid. The sales pitch is world class but the ability to "eradicate" rats from your property is non-existent. They confirmed there were rats in my property and that they were getting in but that is as far as their "expertise and professionalism" and £360 got me - nothing I or anyone else with half a brain did not already know!! They then wanted to sting me for another £420 for installing a £80 one way valve! Save yourself the £360 and just buy some rat poison and suffer the horrendous smell of decomposing rat as JG Pest Control won't be able to offer you any more than that! Wish I had read the YELP reviews before using this company. I am not sure Google review is an accurate reflection of this company!

This is the kind of business you don't want to touch. Dishonest and entitled thieves. Called at 11.30am today and it was my understanding I was paying £240 for three visits to deal with an issue, seal, follow up and check. An email later confirmed that they would try to do all of this in one visit, the first, and then would only return for future visits if the issue persists and I provide proof etc. £240 for one guaranteed visit which I was told would be 45mins is bonkers. I requested a refund pretty much immediately, 40 minutes later. They have decided to keep 50%. £120 for literally doing nothing. Hoping credit card will charge back the rest. White collar crime at it's finest. Vile people. Vile business. Go elsewhere.

I requested assistance with a willow tree that we believed had a wasp nest in it as it was covered in wasps. When the man arrived, he said I doubt it’s a nest it’s the sap of willows that wasps are attracted to, he was correct. If when I had phoned I had been told this I would have done further investigating myself and thus avoided a very large bill. The man sprayed the tree anyway which didn’t need doing with a hose that leaked.

JG Pest Control are a bit shocking...beware! I paid a considerable amount of money for a first visit. They were unable to do anything except advise that we contact Thames Water for CCTV surveys and look into collapsed drains where rodents are likely to have entered. This naturally took longer than their 3 month time-limit. They will now not attend and are asking for full payment again! This was all based upon their poor advice. I would try somewhere else first. Somewhere that has a little more customer flexibility and loyalty.

If I could give no stars I would.First time you didn't come.Second time came out earlier than agreed than refused to wait the time for me to get to you.After you had agreed. Still waiting for return of my money.Not answering phone when I ring.Not answering my emails.I am now in the process of taking them to small claim court

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I Have used twice before and couldn't say enough positive things about them and how amazing they were! BUT a few years later I went right to them when finding mice in my home. I was so confident in them and it was my bigest mistake! 4 months later the poison hasn't worked the infestation has grown and the company have closed my job as they now only give 3 visits!!!!! if they dont resolve it in 3 visits ita your issue as far as they are concerned customer service had a bad attitude throughout treatment and had no care for me or my situation once they had my money. hundreds of pounds and guess what I'm left still infested! I have a nice clean home and the problem is obviously from the walls surrounding. I paid pest control to help me resolve it but instead they just laid poison that obviously doesn't work and just left me to deal with it. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been left gutted and my children terrifid to live or when sleep in our home. Digusted in this company and never thought I would say that

Had a bumble bee nest under some paving slabs where a shed was going to go. A man from JG Pest control came. Jumped a little bit on the paving and then sprayed where he could see. He didn't lift the paving slab up (which was loose) because if he did he would have seen another nest. In the end we had to deal with it ourself and eventually dug the nest out. A complete waste of money.

The young man did a great job of removing the bees however he damaged my wife’s car by dropping a ladder from the roof and badly damaging the bonnet
