“Absolutely dreadful company, rip people off and I've never been spoken to like the customer service manager did. He threatened to hold onto my refund if I didn't remove my bad review from Google. Stay well away, bunch of cowboys”

“Good efficient service however somewhat expensive.Given price for removal/treatment of bees nest which I paid immediately. When billed on my bank statement price had had VAT added on which made quite a substantial amount of difference. The person taking the money should have said this would be added. I asked when paying the cost of that was a final price and I was told it was. However then discovered much more expensive due to VAT. A little misleading I feel.”

“Dealt with in a professional manner from first phone call to operator contacting us and dealing with the problem effectively, and on the same day. The process explained logically with supporting work sheet. Obviously any infestation causes concern but it was dealt with by JG in an exemplar manner. Thanks”
