I love the plenny bars usually. Was very happy the Cherry flavour came back in stock. However it has a very strong chemical aftertaste. Is this an issue in all batches? Bit dissapointed. Otherwise very positive about the bars.

the shakes are okay but taste a little bit all the same;so are the bars; it gets boring except when you are hungry

I got bundle to have a try of everything. Whilst I haven't tried the dried food yet, the rest was overall very good. The powder lacks flavour a lot and I got banana milkshake to give it a flavour boost. The bars are very big and tasty. Good snack to have when peckish.

UPDATE: Customer service was great! Was initially dissapointed but as with any company, good customer relations is 80% of the experience. They seemed very knowledgable on the ingredients too! They also processed a refund no questions ask (I've had to pull teeth to get companies to do so before). I updated to 4 stars, the last star being the product I didn't like being subjective. (Appologies if this posts a duplicate review instead of updating :P) Unfortunately I wont be ordering again. **I'm sure people like the flavor**, but I didn't, and I fear that the undesirable flavor permiates the product line as a fascet of whatever primary ingredient it is I dont like. Do take a chance for yourself, but this is my experience solely: A quick [relevent] story: So I have been drinking Soylent-brand meal shakes since their version 1.3. Every new version of Soylents was fundamentally different and took adjustment but was never terrible. The Soylent company then released v1.9 which had a taste profile that was unstomachable. It was like the taste of vulcanized rubber + orange juice while licking a 9-volt battery. (Why the 9-volt? It shocked my teeth from being so sweet.) So, I switched to Plenny (unflavored "neutral") around 2018 and loved it! Covid happened so I took a break. Coming back, I ordered their new flavors as a substitute seeing as they no longer offer the unflavored offering. To my dismay, it too has this same flavor profile as Soylent! What the heck is going on?! I tried comparing ingredients but couldn't find the common denominator. I thought perhaps it was Sucralose, but I am very familiar with the stuff. I buy sucralose powder and make my own 'simple syrup' for my iced coffee (I'm a tinkerer by heart). I do wonder if the new flavors have too much sucralose for my liking?, and a skewing of an otherwise good flavor profile (Its the aftertaste). The initial taste is light and smooth. Oh! I have an expired bag of unflavored. I did end up making a shake with it after not liking the new flavors. I was lucky and the expired JimmyJoy didn't spoil (usually the oils go rancid in powdered food). But it tasted amazing! So I dont know... something is different that isn't overtly obvious by comparing ingredients. Anywho, I wish JimmyJoy the best! It looks like there is a pretty big market here and I love their adherence to trying to do more of a "clean label" product as opposed to competitors. Respect. As for me, I am regrettably moving onto making my own >_>

The taste of the Shakes is great but I personally didn't like the taste of the newer Mac&Cheese pot. Other than that I'm very satisfied.

Pour en avoir manger chaud, froid et cuisiné, la poudre JJ est franchement bonne même si à la longue, c'est forcément un peu lassant. J'ai testé la vanille avec ajout de protéines.

It is quite nice. Can really keep me full for a whole meal. Chocolate flavour tastes strange.

The salted caramel, cherry, and vanilla flavours are all super tasty and a genuine joy to eat. I think the almond and fig needs some work (sorry!), it's just not pleasant on the tastebuds. I tend to eat one bar a day, either for lunch or dinner and eat something simple and balanced in between. The service and delivery time we're impeccable and now that I know my favourite flavours, I'll 100% be ordering again!

I really love the packaging the Plenny Shake meals come in. They’re fun and make me look forward to having a meal. The gritty, oaty texture can take some getting used to, but the flavors help ease that acquired taste.

Have been ordering from Jimmy Joy for quite a while, and always kept coming back. Shakes taste good, the texture is amazing, and it's my go to for a quick snack or as a replacement for a meal.

Got me a trial pack, the shake is pretty good for breakfast, while the bars are filling but take some getting used to. The drink is easy to use but I would prefer the shake. The hot food, in my case the Tiki Masala, is not quite what I was hoping for. It may take some getting used to, but it fills you up quite badly, and the texture is horrible, but the taste is okay.

I love the packaging and the cheap price. But I'm not so fond of the taste and texture of the Shake. I rather prefer Huel's products which I find thicker and more satisfying, so I might go back to them, at leat for tthe full meals- sorry! I haven't tried the protein yet.

I found about Jimmy Joy searching for a quick and easy meal. I went on the rabbit hole and now honestly and don't speak about anything other that JJ anymore. I am constantly waiting for new flavours (and also new videos on YT). Anyways, I bought the starter pack first, the big one. The first thing that you need to understand - this is very subjective. Every product of JJ (and these type of 'meal replacement' products') will taste and feel different from person to person. Anyways, here goes my review: Things I don't like - for Portugal the shipping provider is SEUR. They are not the best and they skipped twice my house and went straight to the standard dropping point which I have to dislocate myself to there and back with the package. Also they are deprecating the tokens that we would accumulate and get really nice freebies like discounts, shakers, pots or even a free Plenny Shake. Sad about that and I don't understand the reason behind it. But regarding the products, they are great. Packaging is strong, I love the design language they are going and the prices are ok. All in all, definitely recommend.

Hey, the bag of plenny shake active broke during shipping! I fixed it with tape, but it would be awesome if you could fix it, the powder was everywhere

Every product of JJ (and these type of 'meal replacement' products') will taste and feel different from person to person. Anyways, here goes my review: I am not a fan of some of the bars - I do enjoyed the salted caramel, the apple strudel and maybe the chocolate one. The others not so much. They are ok in size, a little hard to bite. I compare them the texture to a little hard chocolate salami. If you enjoy that texture, you will enjoy the bars. Regarding the pots, OMG. This is the reason why I fell in love with JJ. Satay noodles is actually good - but I think 200ml for it is a little too much water, I will try it with less. Mac and cheese is good as well and the 200ml are on point. I still need to try the lentil bolognese but from what I've read, it will also be good. About the shakes, the wild berries is nice, the aroma is soft. I like to have two scoops with water, and if I'm going for a snack I'll do vegetable drink like almond milk and one scoop. I also bought the lemon pie and peach, still need to try them. You can also use the shake to cook waffles or pancakes - that's also on my bucket list. Things I don't like - for Portugal the shipping provider is SEUR. They are not the best and they skipped twice my house and went straight to the standard dropping point which I have to dislocate myself to there and back with the package. The shakes are fine I have been adding fruit to the mix and blending . The satay noodles I’m not a big fan of but I think that’s a matter of personal taste the ready to go drink is brilliant tastes great as does the plenny bar so overall I am very pleased with the product it took me some time to find replacement meal products as I am a Diabetic and have to be careful but Plenny does the job

I really like the powder shakes - they're tasty and not that grainy as some of the other brands. Great selection of flavours that are all very good so far. The bars will leave you full and will work as a meal or large snack. I've only had one of the hot meals so far (buckwheat risotto) which was awful and I threw it in the bin. I would recommend staying away from that one and do the other products instead.
