“Jim’s jerky had been and will always be the epitome of beef jerky. I have tried quite a few other companies but I’m rarely satisfied and always seem to get that artificial poor aftertaste. Jim’s consistently delivery jerky with great flavour and perfect mix of moisture and dry texturing.”
