“My parcel did not arrive with myhermes after speaking to Lauren in customer services they looked into this and dispatched out another order within a few days. The hoodie is lovely and the customer service excellent.”

“Terrible service can’t get hold of anyone I’ve messaged on every platform and email. No contact has been made to rectify the fact that they have used Hermes who are incompetent and can’t follow instructions my parcel was left on the street and stolen and I’ve not heard off Hermes or jk attire about my parcel I want a refund or the items to be Re sent to a different address immediately or I’m getting police involved”

“Ordered 2 parcels. 1 of which was dumped in the woods and never reached me. The process to then get a replacement was AWFUL. On not being able to wait so long for a response while the “investigation” was taking place, I ordered another order of the same thing. To which I still haven’t received.”
