“Payed for next day delivery and didn’t receive my item until 3 days later. Was then told I would receive a refund on the price I payed for next day delivery and never received it. Very poor”

“Very good quality, was shipped 2 days after my purchase which is very convenient. I also added a mysterious item for £9.99 and revived some really nice sunglasses which I’m also happy about. The only criticism I have is the string on the tracksuit bottom it doesn’t really adjust the waist size and it’s a long string so I have to tuck it into the tracksuit bottom. However overall very good”

“The shorts I purchased have absolutely no lining in them and are made of felt which is extremely itchy and impossible to wear . Tried to contact via Instagram as I assumed there was some Sort of mistake as nobody who made these or designed them could have tried them on and thought they were ok . Was told I had to find pay a courier to send them back .”
