“Orders purchased are never received via your third party couriers EVRI, this is very poor customer satisfaction when couriers constantly live orders outside the property and records parcel has been received, especially when the customer has not requested it to be left at a particular location. JKA responses to customer reports can take time before someone emails back. This is very appalling.”
