“I don’t like writing negative reviews. But customer service definitely needs improvement. I’m customer that doesn’t need to tell someone how to run a business. But if your selling items to another country, then be sure that it’s full filled with all aspects of the order. Obviously if we’re ordering clothes, there’s no way to try them and see if it fits. My item came two sizes large, even though the size I ordered is my size, here in the US. Clearly it wasn’t for JK attire. I don’t appreciate the fact that I have to pay double for a return more than what the actual items cost. Atleast as a business, you should provide a return label to satisfy your customers business with you since the customer is going to wear the brand. Absolutely unsatisfactory.”
