“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Absolutely disgusted with this company. I still have not received any refund on the production that i bought as a gift. I have been told that they CANT give me a refund as it is physically impossible to do so. I have never see total disregard for customer service. And complete lack of even trying to deal with the matter.”

“I still haven’t received my clothes. Why has DHL taken a week to deliver when it said it was going to be 1-2 days. I was suppose to receive it by Tuesday 13th July but didn’t and went interstate the next day. They only tried to deliver it on that Friday which I wasn’t home for. Now we are in lockdown. I can’t get my clothing. How disappointing”

“Major scam of a company. Really poor service from JK Attire. The clothing was of a poor quality and so I returned it for a refund. The refund was incorrectly given as store credit as the item which I bought (as per 95% of the items on the website) was on offer. It’s a ridiculously unlawful and blatant method of getting out of giving refunds. I informed them of their duty as per the consumer rights act however received a reply stating that they were not willing to issue the correct refund. I can only surmise the]at the business is intentionally misleading the costumers in order to keep the cash by limiting the consumers legal rights. Trading standards agreed that the company is not operating within its legal obligation, and are now investigating the store. They still have 10 days to issue a full refund until they will then be perused by the payment protection team at American Express. Check trust pilot for further dissatisfied customers”

“Good quality clothing, but ridiculous sizing, bought one pair of jeans which where 2 absolutely tiny compared to the usual size I am, sent them back at my own cost, couldn't get a refund as only give you gift card as they say that sale items are not refundable yet everything is in the sale? Purchased another pair of jeans that are ment to be bigger but where smaller than the original I sent back, a size 18 is more like a size 12, I'm not sending them back as I refuse to pay another £8 55 just to get another gift card, nice clothes but they have you over with the no refund unless in sale polocy and everything seems to be a lucky dip with sizing, not good for people who may have body issues, I wouldn't bother purchasing unless you like gambling if you will get a true to size fit as you will be out of pocket.”
