“Excellent customer service. Had a issue with an item of clothing and they sorted it out with no problem. The best customer service that I have received from any online or high street shop. They sorted out the return and replaced the item very quickly. Thank you.”

“I had ordered a pair of jeans. I’d moved address between delivery and tried to get it changed. No way of contacting Hermes to change, so they’re still sat in a depot somewhere where I cannot get them! I’ve tried emailing your contact us and have had 0 replies!! Absolute rubbish communication, and a major disappointment as I don’t have the paid for product! First and last time of using your company!!!”

“Honestly very gutted with my jka jeans i ordered. My boyfriend and i both ordered the same original jeans i think with the writing and embroidery, we both ordered the same size but mine came and were atleast 2 inches shorter in length being 5 foot 9 and skinny i was hoping with given my boyfriends jeans fit perfect if i ordered the same size in womens they would fit. Dissapointing that your brand doesnt take into account height differences in women affecting jean fit. Would buy again if you fix or alter this. Love the brand a lot and will be buying other articles of clothing”

“The jeans were overall of very good quality I’m not gonna lie. The only issue for me was trying to fit in them. Since I’ve got very big legs the jeans I could fit into with no bother we’re the ones with 2% Polyester in them. But no overall very good all I just had to do was break them in so that every time I had to put them on it’d become easier and easier.”
