“Awful. Can’t refund anything for your money back as everything on the website is ‘on sale’ and only provide store credit. Customer service is painfully slow and unhelpful. Delivery is also painfully slow. I preordered a jacket which should be sent out on the 20th September. It’s now the 28th September still no sign of tracking. Avoid at all costs.”

“Loved my jacket, didn’t have to wait for more than 3 days to receive it. Great service from JK Attire. But wish I’d known my delivery slot or had a chance to change my delivery address after as i thought it would be delivered in the day, not the evening after 6;30pm.”
