“I have returned two items worth at least £45 but for over 3 weeks now have not received any money for refund back. Until the 16th working day and had only been refunded for one item after sending a numerous amount of emails and DM vis insta. Be careful with this as they even lied to me with an excuse saying they have not received my items but I had all the proof they did still not sorted till now. Items are class tho but customer service is really poor, best businesses have the best customer services. 👌🏾 Items are good though.”
