“To be honest, I'm not happy I have been 3 weeks waiting for my order and they didn't come yet and I was spending nearly 300£ and they ask me after 2 weeks we don't have that colour can u choose another one 😡”

“My Impression of the products was in general, the only problem is that by my Jacket a few Strings are coming out already and I would find it better If you would know what can be in the surprise boxes and want can't, like a list of things were you can see what can possible be in the box”

“The Size didn’t match. It was way to big. I measured the exact Size before I ordered. Yesterday I payed 35,99€ for the return to GB. That’s a waste of money and i’m really unhappy about that. I would be happy about a refund for the return. Maybe this is possible? The jaket looked cool just the size didn’t fit.. best regards, Henri”

“I ordered the first time with this company and also added a mystery gift at £9.99 but when the item arrived there was only the trousers and no mystery gift!! I contacted them to tell them and they apologised however o asked of they could just refund the item as couldn't wait for the item to be sent but they said they cannot refund. I then tried on the trousers and the elastic waist adjustment clasp was not holding so a bit pointless. I messaged them and then they return an email stating what is wrong with the item? Can they not read English?? I then sent a further email but have had no response!! This is my first and last ever order with this company!! I returned the order as it was faulty and they refuse to refund me and hust give me a gift card which they claim they sent via email bit this hasn't arrived either!! Under the trading standards act if I return an item in its original condition, they have to either replace the item or refund in full. They have done neither!!! AVOID!!!”
