“Ordered two track suits, one set had a faulty hoodie as my husband couldn't get his head through it. And the other one was a completely different colour to the picture. Still trying to get a refund. Very poor customer service.”

“Material is nice and good quality . The fit is good but the pull to tighten the joggers insist very good it keep loosing back again and doesn’t stay tight and the mystery pack was a lovely t shirt so happy with that”

“Not good. Borderline illegal practises. Sent out a email exposing everyone’s PII all so they could offer a promotion. No public response to this but there were multiple complaints on the email thread. Clothes sizing is not very consistent.”
