“Awful company with very poor customer service, very very unhelpful. I ordered from JK on 19/02. It is now 30/03 and I have not received my order. I have had to chase this many times and they have offered me no solution or offer or a refund. They refuse to give me back my money. Replies are very few and far between and unhelpful, asking me to remain patient when they have stolen my money. I would never order here again and have recommended my friends to do the same.”

“Customer service is horrible ! I placed an order over a month ago and I still to this day haven’t received my package yet ! I sent plenty of emails trying to contact Customer service and they dont help at all ! They never answer there’s nobody to help you out ! I communicated plenty of times horrible horrible! This is ridiculous !”

“This flannel is probably the best piece of clothing I own. It fits amazing. It’s been so hard to find a perfect flannel. The Choas in the back is subtle but looks amazing. Guys, you need to keep this pattern but bring out different colours, black and red, blue and white, yellow ans black!!!!!”

“I’ve placed the order 2 weeks ago and it’s still sat in their warehouse. It’s a scam so make sure you stay away! I’ve emailed them and ‘Alex’ isn’t helpful and have caught him out on lies, he even failed to confirm if they’re a legit business or scamming people. I’ll ge calling my bank to dispute the charge”

“I have recently made an order for my son for a cargo pants and hoodie . I ordered size Large in both but received Medium in the hoodie. I am dissatisfied with this as I have had to send the Hoodie back at my expense asking for the correct size Large that I had ordered be sent to me but instead received a gift card to the value meaning when I order it again I have to AGAIN pay for more postage. I am very disappointed with the service I received as I shop online regularly and have never had to sort my own order out after someone else’s error”

“Awful customer service. I purchased items that had to be returned only to receive a gift card instead of a cash refund. No mention of this policy on the website, and everything seems to be on sale. Wont be buying from the site again.”
