“This is to update a 1-star review ("anonymous") of a few days ago. I finally got ahold of a live HUMAN on chat who assured me that order was in transit. It was. Just arrived, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. This ended well and I'm happy but I think JM should improve their site (ordering process) and policy re: email updates: I never got any.”
