Atrocious experience!! Had to get a patio door installed and was meant to take 1 day to do it. Well first of all they lost the door, they then promised me 100£ off the total cost to change the date of the installation. Long story short: Took 3 days spread over two weeks to get the job done and over a month late on the original installation date. When I called for the 100£...obviously no one is ever available to speak! Is now 5weeks down the line and still nothing. AVOID THEM AVOID THEM AVOID THEM!!

I placed an order for a Weathereal PVC door and double glazed window. On the day of the installation a firm called JOBS WORTH DOING turned up, without any prevised advice from Weatherseal. The jobs were completed but the windows wouldn't open, but I was informed that an engineer would call. Weeks later, a man turned up. He didn't manage to make the windows open but he did manage to damage a rail on the stair, damage the newly decorated staircase and worse of all the paper on the staircase. I am absolutely shattered. I was not even left a contact telephone number. Dissatified customer

Still waiting for a repair after several months. Do not touch this company. Once they have your money they do not care and consistently lie to get you off the phone.

Still waiting for Jobsworths to complete remedial works on Windows fitted in 2014. They have been back once since the original installation to make another botched job. Absolutely pathetic response.

Bifold doors fitted incorrectly, fell out onto my husband- very dangerous. Windows fitted incorrectly. Incorrect side panels fitted. Poor customer service when attempting to get these issues rectified. Denied having correct side panels despite paperwork from own surveyor. No follow - up call to rectify minor problems such as missing screw covers. When we finally got a service call, fitter arrived without correct equipment. Assured us someone would call. No call came. Still waiting for all these problems to be rectified six months later. Poor service throughout, I would never use them again.

I notice you only reply to the nice reviews.......not a lot of reply so then. Shambles of a company......had windows and doors fitted in April 2015 and it's still going on. Have had at least 7 sets of new windows in 3 rooms. Don't pay a penny until you are happy!!!!I now have had a threatening letter from their legal team... ..shocking way to conduct business.

Had French doors installed - fitters left my old door in back garden with all their rubbish and would return to collect & re align my new French doors ! 3 months and 18 phone calls later I still have the old door ! & squeaky 'new' French doors! Extremely bad customer service and the so called managers never call back ! When purchasing new double glazing insure job worth doing are not the fitters ! As your guarantee is with them for 1 year . Bad finish & bad customer service ! Can't stress enough not to use them

I am a gas safe Engineer and fitted a boiler for Sterling brown group (Mr David Kenning and Lynsey Woodward) who are backed by Jobs worth doing which is part of the Zannusi boiler contract. Still awaiting payment from the 02.05.16 after being told i would get paid the following week. They do not answer any phones or messages. Any plumbers out there be aware. you can contact me on 07739973046 for further details.

Sales rep (Carrie) was lovely. Her manager who came on the phone after I explained that I did not buy the product was damn right rude to me. He basically made my mind up on the product.
