On the 22nd January this company attended at my home to survey for cavity wall insultation and in drilling survey holes drilled through a tile in my fireplace. Despite repeated calls to them and promises of putting this right, here I am in May with the job not sorted out - extremely poor and amateurish company.

Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole! We had windows fitted in May 2014 and the results were horrifying-scratched glass, squint sills, gouges on the UPVC surrounds. Called the out and a full refit had to be done. In the process they made a hole in the plaster in my son's bedroom. After many phone calls chasing the plasterer and reporting more faults we finally had a 2nd refit in May 2015!!! Thankfully a better one that we are happy with. Trying to get compensation for the upset and inconvenience and also for the redecoration of my son's room. What are they offering me? £250!!! Laughable. Horrific, lazy, work shy and incompetent firm with the same type of employees. Use them at your own peril

Job Worth Doing installing double glazing next door, parked their vehicle across our drive. When asked to move it as we had a gas leak and needed access, VERY rude and condescending. Employees used our front garden as access and left a mess when they finished; AVOID,

Job Worth Doing - But Get Someone Else. Job Worth Doing fitted new double glazing for me in February 2014 and at today's date 27 November 2014 I am still waiting on them to replace faulty glass. They have been back to my house on at least four different occasions to replace damaged/marked glass. On the majority of these scheduled return visits, it was the installers that brought the damage to my attention - I am not sure if I would have ever noticed some of the damage until it was pointed out. The last time they came back to replace damaged glass in my kitchen unit was late August 2014 and this was their (including the original new glass that they installed in February) third attempt at getting it right. In October with the sun shining on the glass I noticed marks on the inside of the unit but did not call them till November to advise them of this. Job Worth Doing now say that because I did not contact them within 28 days I must now pay for the replacement window. Today (27 November) I was told "If it's something that we (Job Worth Doing) did wrong, then we would come back and replace or fix". However, when I asked if it was my fault that they fitted faulty glass? they said no but referred me to their 28 day policy. Although now two people within their customer services state that "you paid a lot of money and that's not right, we will get that changed". Job Worth Doing insist that I have to pay. I have asked Job Worth Doing for a copy of their 28 day policy that I signed and at the moment I am waiting on their manager to get back to me. I will continue this review in due course but if anyone out there is considering using "Job Worth Doing" I would reconsider.

They left each room in a dreadful mess, when i asked them to hoover up they said quite cheekliy " can't do that, no hoover " so i called while they were still here, which only made them more angry. Also the exterior on top windows expanding foam, yet to be plastered. Down stairs window is awful, half my brickwork broken off wall and sill, The plasterer came on Mon to view this and i've never seem nor heard of him since.

I notice you only reply to the nice reviews.......not a lot of reply so then. Shambles of a company......had windows and doors fitted in April 2015 and it's still going on. Have had at least 7 sets of new windows in 3 rooms. Don't pay a penny until you are happy!!!!I now have had a threatening letter from their legal team... ..shocking way to conduct business.

I had French doors installed by JWD - Penecuik - what turned out as a nice doors was destroyed by the MESS left by the builder who prepared the site to fit the doors. To cap it all the so-called Installation manager supported the shortcomings of the builder and allowed them to create a "Dust Storm" which covered my decking and covered the gardens of neighbours 3 doors away!!!! If you value your neighbours do not use this company. I am still fighting the company to pay for the "clean up". Their logo is :A jOB WORTH DOING ======= is worth doing well????

I ordered a conservatory in March 2018 and paid a deposit of over £4000 pounds. It is now November, not only is there no sign of my conservatory but they have taken over £4000 from me. Over the months I have made numerous phone calls- all to no avail. Every time I was told that it concerned a different department. When, and if I finally reached one of these departments they all said they would ring back with some information for me - none ever did of course. I have now read the Northwich branch is closed down- very convenient for 'Jobs Worth Doing' but what about their customers such as myself? My only option now is to take legal advice-yet more expense.

I had a window and door installed in April. The door wouldn't lock and the windows wouldn't open. Door has been rectified but windows steam up between panes and an engineer caused damage to property when trying to repair it, costing decoration work inside house of £1300. I am now told the Company has gone into liquidation, leaving an unfinished window and a painter's account unpaid. Has any other client had a similar experience

Had French doors installed - fitters left my old door in back garden with all their rubbish and would return to collect & re align my new French doors ! 3 months and 18 phone calls later I still have the old door ! & squeaky 'new' French doors! Extremely bad customer service and the so called managers never call back ! When purchasing new double glazing insure job worth doing are not the fitters ! As your guarantee is with them for 1 year . Bad finish & bad customer service ! Can't stress enough not to use them

I am a gas safe Engineer and fitted a boiler for Sterling brown group (Mr David Kenning and Lynsey Woodward) who are backed by Jobs worth doing which is part of the Zannusi boiler contract. Still awaiting payment from the 02.05.16 after being told i would get paid the following week. They do not answer any phones or messages. Any plumbers out there be aware. you can contact me on 07739973046 for further details.

As a Gas Engineer l took on work doing boiler swaps (ZANUSSI CONTRACT ) for JWD via a company called (STERLING BROWN GROUP ) only to still be waiting to be paid after 4 installs and travelling at my own expense, l have lost a lot of money, l would stay clear of this outfit.

Had Windows installed by this lot via sister company, St.Andrews Home Improvements in December 2014. They left a shocking mess and have been back a few times to correct faults. It is Nov 2015 and I am waiting for someone to come and fix my bathroom window for the second time. Had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment. Have used 8 days holiday in total waiting for this lot to do their job. It is 4.20pm and I have been waiting in all day. I will never, ever buy another product from this bunch. Service is appalling.

Don’t use this company. They represented penicuik & all windows installation have had issues from crack & scratches in glass to forgetting the handles. Scratches left on pvc frames inside & outside. 2 windows had to be lifted as not fitted correctly & kitchen window not sealed correctly still waiting on this being rectified. Reported to trading standards as not replying to my emails

Order L00829 My honest advice is to keep these cowboys away from your property, Had windows installed first they forgot the front door needs a letterbox a week later letter box installed but water seeps through onto hall floor. the bathroom window has yet to be sealed there is still expanding foam coming out the window frame..Shoddy. shoddy work.
