“I used to love this site but has become a joke. I won 36 sublimation mugs box came all already subed on plus only 11 in the box. I also won a £21 bid that I NEVER bidded for and would never try to win Again company has got bigger and they don't care about there customers. I understand we bid on used items but selling something that not even what's stated is just wrong.”

“Jobalots. la última vez, el sistema no me dejó participar a menos de la mitad de la subasta, y me cobraron sin mi permiso, el gasto del envío, más una cantidad de productos insuficiente hasta completar el peso mínimo. Otra vez, después de pasar todo el día en la subasta, a la hora de pagar. Las fotos de los artículos no correspondían con la descripción, por lo que te arriesgas a que te envíen lo que quieran, además del Estado cuestionable de lo que te envían. En otra ocasión, porque no está bien explicado en las instrucciones, que solo se puede juntar la mercancía subastada en el mismo día. Siendo además mi primer día de subasta, me mandaron un cepillo de un euro más dieciocho de envío. En resumen, no me inspira ninguna confianza. Y mucho menos para hacer compras de gran valor y bastante peso. Nada más me gustaría, que pudiera fiarme. Pues sería, un excelente proveedor para mi negocio en el futuro.”

“Absolutely love this site, iv seen some people giving bad reviews due to broken or incomplete items but this is the risk with any auction...thats why things are a fraction of the rrp price. I have many broken items but much much more items in perfect condition. Never had a problem with delivery, my only problem is my addiction to bidding 😁”

“Caution: If you order a pallet of items and the manifest states a bed including mattress then Job-a-Lots (TJI Trading Ltd) are happy that once delivered no mattress is included and as a seller they are happy not to mention this in their listing that it does not included the included mattress. I was discussed by their lack of assistance asking for a partial refund which they refused. I threated to close my account and they closed it anyhow without my say so. Please be aware that they do not care if their mainfest advertised is accurate in any way. Very unhappy.”

“I find JLI to be mainly good, with a very easy user interface and prompt replies from customer support. The goods are generally in good condition, with very few unsellable items, but I have a couple of issues:- Packaging of larger heavier orders can be too lightweight to protect the goods in transit. I am continually annoyed by the message on payment requests that threatens closing of the account if payment is not made by midnight, especially as several months ago buyers were asked to provide a backup payment method to automatically pay if you inadvertently forgot.”

“I want to give this website -3 stars if unfortunate I have to give them ateast 1 star .This website selling wastage stuff as use or customer return.I bought one vacuum on bid but I received some parts of vacuum only all recived parts are damaged and fully dirty.missing charging adapter. Missing all joints .I have only option that throw in bin .can't return as their policy. Please be carefully before buy from them .”

“I receive aloot items broken or cut or missing peaces. Normaly need to present what you have on the box not what you can buy from bra d new. John pye is do like this. Is tru the price is more accessible but Is not trustable for me. I spend ready aloot and I receive the brokens items. I don't liked. Tha k you”

“As much as I will love to give Jobalots 6stars, the delivery aspect is a lot frustrating. If Jobalot has unanimously given purchased goods to a courier company, it is their responsibility to ensure customers get back what they paid for. I paid for 2 identical items and got just one delivered and it’s not fair as it is a missed opportunity even if refund is made. The auto response sent after a complain is quite frustrating. You don’t tell a customer that an item has been scanned off your warehouse hence you don’t have to take responsibility if the delivery was ever made. It is an irresponsible stance to take. I have had refunds made in the past and I have also lost items without anyone getting back to me. Jobalots deserves better but don’t let the logistics mess up your good job. Find a way out and amend your auto response.”
