“The website is very easy to use and the buying experience is mostly good. My two main complaints are the insistence of payment by midnight on the same day, under threat of account closure, and the poor quality of packaging used, resulting in damaged contents because the box is not strong enough for the weight of the contents.”

“In general, I have reservations about some of the quality of the products, as some of them are completely damaged, whether from the source or this happens in your stores. Secondly, the buyer must choose with whom he wants to send the items he bought from you because a delivery company like roya lmail is very bad. I could improve the services from you, whether in packaging and shipping”

“It’s always a gamble when making bids due to customer returns which could be damaged or simply not working. Sadly my last couple of purchases had a lot of items received in poor condition which ended up in the bin. Pointless contacting CS as it’s part of the T&C’s and risk you take.”
