“Very bad customer service. They reply only one message a day. Very disorganised, to get replies for simple questions you’ll wait a long time and still very small chance you’ll receive it. They answer with “We’ll get back to you when we have information” and end up not getting back at all. Seems that they just don’t care.”

“Very inconvenient short period to pay for the item. Would be great to see some condition report on customer returns/new. Excellent and extra quick delivery services but would be nice to have option for a smaller amount e.g.2kg as it keeps me away from some small items I want to purchase but delivery only 10kg. Also not enought lots with few items in it. E.g. 5 or 10.”

“very quick delivery but some sales appear to change finishing times i lost at least three deals whilst the clock said they were still time running but the lot was sold”

“Postage cost his high considerably if you buy 300 worth of stuff and have pay minimum 5.99 postage each they don't have combined prices when you buy lots suppose its how the offset an auction if it sells cheap”

“The service has been very good, my only advice is to tell the courier to handle the products carefully. I bought a pallet of new Extreme GripPro PS5 Digital Edition Faceplates. They were packed into the pallet directly without being put in a bigger box and with no support,apart from the kitchen cling film nylon, which didn't protect it from the rain, this meant all the boxes underneath were crushed under the weight,which is almost £100 lost. Apart from that I am very happy with the service. Thanks Ade”

“I have ordered alot of items from here the last 12 months. 9 times out of 10 everything is spot on, however, I have had a few issues regarding "returned items" You really are taking a gamble on the "returns" as the items can be damaged, even smashed to pieces in some cases, and you do NOT have a case for wanting a refund. I always buy brand new these days, any problems you are refunded and its sorted pretty quick. I have had some huge bargains, this site can be very addictive lol.”

“Für den ersteigerten Wert ist es eine gute Ware. Die lieferung war sehr schnell. Ein paar defekte Sachen waren dabei, aber das ist einem ja beim bieten schon klar. es ist eine glückssache ob die Ware in Ordnung ist oder nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Gerne immer wieder.”
