I ordered a dart but the dart wasn't In it, only the led light around the dart, also on a same order I ordered 7 led lamp but I received 5, never order from this website again

Everything they sell unusable, Chinese counterfeit items, parts are missing, bags are completely thoarned, the leg is missing in the chair. Customer support don't do refunds

It's All Mainly DAMAGED Returns items. Too expensive and then on top you have to pay for postage and vat Don't bother... I wasted around £300 I will never use them again...

I have had a couple of good lots, and understand it’s luck and they arrived with a few broken items, but I’ve had actual missing items from the last 2 lots and customer services have said that’s tough, at the very least you should receive what you have ordered? Won’t order again!

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I've looked into this and I can see that this order was delivered to the address you provided, and you had only requested for the delivery address to be changed once the order was out for delivery. As we advised at the time, we cannot alter a delivery address or request a return once an order is out for delivery. We have updated your default address so future orders will be sent to your new address.

Products listed new- but very poorly packaged and last few have come damaged making the items well useless. I do think if they are shipping something more care needs to be taken with packaging. Some decent buys, but overall let down.

First order went really well second one was not good as you cancelled them all even tho I said I had more ending in 12 hours and wanted to pay together and got no reply just bot emails

I'm sorry but we have a set payment period for all auctions that cannot be altered for individual customers, and if a bid has not been paid within this time then it will be cancelled. This is advised in all email notifications regarding your won bids, as well as in our Terms of Auction.

Not one item shown in the pictures in the advert for the auction was in the pallet and other items in the pallet were used and damaged

There are hidden costs and illegal VAT additions. VAT is NOT set at 20% it varies and sometimes over 40%.

This is a good company sometimes as I have bought things that were in good condition. However I ordered two vapes from here from the customer returns auction, they both did not work at all. One of the cheaper vapes had already been used as it had liquid still in the tank, but wouldn’t turn on. The other more expensive vape came and had the atomiser thread to the battery broken and had snapped. I understand these are customer returns and can come in any condition but was a waste of money.

First time buyer and will never bit again on the Customer returns products. Had a not very pleasant experience bought x3 clocks. I have received x2 and both broken and I'm not be able to fix it
