“All items were in brilliant condition. All more or less worked fine. I did get a lamp and just think it needs a new bulb as usb ports work fine. So maybe it is just the bulb. All items worth the money I spent”

“Some of the items you sell under “customer returns” should be thrown in the bin, not auctioned off. I understand stuff is cheap and some things (like a wall clock I bought) won’t work…but the Queen inflatable mattress I bought was FILTHY (four puncture marks stuffed with tissue that had been hardened with glue, I think), white paint splotches and it took a roll of masking tape to scrape up the dirt that had hardened into the creases. I was told y’all don’t check the inventory but this was flat-out disgusting, and I had to eat the £9.95.”

“Arrived today took about 2 weeks to come, I paid for a box it's was massive the product was tiny so was very unnecessary. And the product doesn't even work one of the motors doesn't turn do it's a pointless purchase”

“Always despatches on same day if bought before 2-3pm. Already bought multiple times and never been let down. Had a an item or two that went straight for recycling, but profit margin more than makes up for it. Check the description and no what your buying is all I can advise. You can get extremely good bargains, prices very reasonable. Website easy to navigate, able to find anything you need. Includes photos of the items and manifests, that saves a lot if time on research. Definitely a go to place that I buy returns from or overstock to resell and make some coin on top 😁”

“Description of some items should be 'used' and not customer returns. If an item you're interested in purchasing has been used and develops some faults, these problems should be clearly stated just like eBay where you can easily return items and get a refund.”
