I have been buying from Joe Browns company for several years now and lately, last and one before it, my payment via my bank card which is stored by them, I have been refused via my debit card online. Last time I had to pay over the phone looks like its going to be the same this time also, I would love to know the reason my card payment isn't accepted via online payment but is OK via phone, same card, very annoying. And yes I do think the sizing vary to the smaller size as ive always had to order a size up. Yours Maureen

Are Joe Brown ladies shoes true to size? I'm mainly a 4.5. So don't know whether to order a 4 or a 5 as no half size.
