“I work in the e-commerce industry for 10 years, and I buy everything online. Joe's gaming and electronics service is above and beyond, I contacted them in regard to their Sony WH-1000XM4 Headphones Broken Swivel Hinge Replacement, saying my breakage is on the left side, and therefore it's a different repair. They said they'll post a left-side video and they did and followed up with me making sure i saw the video and was able to fix the breakage, and I did. (the local sony technician told me I would ruin it trying to fix it). Your service and support are amazing, so happy to have my headphones back, keep up the great work.🤍🎧🎶”

It was a little dirty from the last screen protector I had on it, and they even cleaned it for me. The shipping may have been a little slow, but the job they do is worth the wait!! “just received my Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro back from Joe's, never heard of these guys before. I called Samsung first to see if they would accept it for repair, but being out of warranty they asked for $150. that's almost what the darn thing cost originally!! ;( So I did some research online and found Joes .....I haven't been able to wear my watch in over a year because it was badly cracked. It came in the mail today, It is perfect!!! I just charged it up, synced to my phone and just like that, I'm back in business! The entire process was so easy and they kept in communication the entire time; it took less than 10 days (including weekend) to send, fix, return and wear my beautiful "newish" gear, thanks so much guys... you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and less than half the cost Samsung offered. By the way, it is obvious the care and concern that went into this repair, my watch looks completely brand new! I am soooo ooh happy with Joe's...Highly recommend!!!”

“My son had a pair of $300 Beats Mixr special edition headphones that were only plying out of one side. I was afraid that the plugs were faulty and a repair would cost as much as the original headphone cost. I sent them off, and Joes kept in regular contact. Let me know when received, and quickly corresponded with the diagnosis...a faulty wire replacement for $55.00. Worth it for a pair of expensive headphones. More importantly, I was relieved by a reasonable price for a reasonable fix. No gouging or giving a more drastic (and expensive) solution. Once I said, "do it," the repair was promptly done, and the headphones were returned very quickly. I should note that the repair cost included return shipping. I would not hesitate to use Joes again. My experience was completely positive.”

After trying unsuccessfully to find someone locally to fix them, I decided to do a search online. I was nervous to send them across the country, but the positive reviews convinced me. I was also reassured by their excellent communication--from my initial call to ask them questions to all their follow-up emails at every step of the process--receiving the initial order form, then the headphones, letting me know the repair was finished and the cost, that they had shipped, and then were delivered. The service was fast too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need another repair.”
