Hello , I am a bit disappointed with the way my final exam went. In the instruction i was told the questions will be 40 questions and i only saw 25 questions , i kept on refreshing to get the remaining questions to no avail .so, i went on to answer the questions available, of which i answered 22 questions correctly . Now i am asked to retake the exam,which i scold 88/100. where is that done ? Secondly , i want my certificate and transcripts sent to me in pdf form ,why do i have to pay $17.47 for a pdf copy ?And also ,how long do i need to wait to get it emailed to me ? Thank you ,anticipating your response .

Is the certificate for level 1 and 2 in BSL a fully recognised Certificate with BSL.co.uk?. IE would it be the same as their certificate? There's such a huge difference in cost I thought I'd check first

Certificates can be obtained either in hardcopy or in PDF format at an additional cost. Hardcopy certificates are delivered within 3-9 working days.
