Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, there’s no upfront cost to join the claim. If your case is successful, the law firm’s fees (including any ATE insurance) will be deducted from the compensation, so you won’t be out of pocket.
ATE (After The Event) insurance is included to protect you in case the claim is not successful. It covers certain legal costs so you’re not left with any unexpected bills—one of the key reasons we’re able to offer claims on a no win, no fee basis.
If you’d like more details about how it works, the law firm handling the claim will be able to explain everything clearly during the process.
