Could not upload the letter from the pension fund. Could not sign the form on my PC as it doesn't have a touch screen, and no alternative was given

I got to the poinnt of trying to take a photo which my mobile but I couldn't do that (hover over QR something happens, but didn't) My computer took a picture of me but not the licence. I didn't know what to do and I could't delete the claim without talking to TLW.. annd got timed out. I'm awaiting their call The bit where "taking a photo" wasn't very clear. I have given permission for the camera to take a photo on the computer
