i can't get my photo of driving licence to take. will probably try another company if I don't hear back from you with a solution. I only know how to send copies of photos via e mail if that is possible.

This has been nothing other than a nightmare, the initial process was fine and then it was handed over toTLW solicitors. I get message after message on important to action, but i have not been able to. And no telephone number is given to discuss. I am now regretting this course of referral to that solicitor as i cannot discuss

It was fairly straightforward except fopr you forcing a trustpilot review based on no information whatsoever and the signature at the end which looks as if it meant for a phone and not a PC as a result my signature is nothing like my signature I tried to download an image of it but your system wouldnt allow it.

I don't know what this is. I haven't enquired or signed up about a 'diesal claim' ! Wherever you've got my details, I demand remove them now. If you're intending on scamming me, I can assure you this won't happen. (i) REMOVE MY ALL MY DETAILS NOW. (ii) IF MY DETAILS HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO OTHER INVOLVED PARTIES, CONTACT WHOEVER YOU'VE SENT THEM TO AND INSTRUCT THEM TO RETRACT WHATEVER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. (iii) DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME BY ANY MEANS, UNLESS IT IS TO CONFIRM YOU'RE ATTEMPTED ACTIONS HAVE CEASED. Furthermore, I demand your persistant emails end NOW !

I am being asked to confirm my ID by scanning a barcode - its a joke, for whatever reason my phone will not recognise the bar code.

The email sent through is the wrong vehicle to the details I submitted. I have never owned the vehicle details sent through.

T&Cs appear with your signature on them prior to any opportunity to read and agree them. Plus their software continually defaults to the registration number of a vehicle that I am not claiming for. Appears very in professional. Claim immediately discontinued.
